Glenn Plunkett, the owner of Ennovo Solutions first developed the concept when he owned a real estate brokerage firm. He recognized the value of having good financial records and tax advice. He also realized that he was a typical small business owner who didn’t know how information from his books could be used to grow and manage his business.

Glenn envisioned a firm that combined fairly priced bookkeeping, accounting and tax services with sound business advice to business owners. Another part of that vision was to help those business owners become successful more quickly. Achieving success would enable these business owners to live the life of their dreams.

Glenn opened Ennovo Solutions in March of 2006 after several years of experience in the accounting world ranging from being a controller for the Canadian Armed Forces to the Director of Finance for a multinational manufacturing and marketing company. Since then he has helped hundreds of small businesses become successful.

Our current focus at Ennovo Solutions is helping small business owners move their accounting records and services to the cloud. This provides the owners with access to their current records at all times and from any place. It also reduces the cost to the business owner and allows for easy and complete communication between the business owner and the accountant.

Certified Public Accountant

Alvie is a Certified Public Accountant based in the Philippines. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting as well as a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Alvie has worked as an accountant in various fields including e-commerce, property management, retail, and B2B sales. Her experience includes multinational companies and the Asian Development Bank.

Alvie joined Ennovo Solutions in 2022 as a senior accountant. She is responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our clients. She also provides financial analysis and advice to management. Alvie is passionate about delivering high-quality accounting services to Ennovo’s clients.

Alvie enjoys spending time with her family on one of the family farm properties. She is especially dedicated to supporting her mother and her daughter. Alvie loves to travel and explore new places. She also likes to read books and watch movies in her spare time.

Jessica is a distinguished Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who has seamlessly transitioned her career from traditional accounting roles to thriving as an innovative online accounting freelancer. Currently, Jessica is advancing her knowledge further by pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration. Her studies are centered on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on the accounting profession, aiming to harness AI’s potential to benefit her clients and elevate the standards of online accounting. With her commitment to excellence and forward-thinking approach, Jessica Eclarinal is a trailblazer in the realm of modern accounting.

Gerald has over 15 years of experience in Financial Management, with a degree from Colegio de San Juan de Letran and an MBA from University of Santo Tomas. He is a lifelong learner who strives for excellence in his field.

He is also a versatile professional who can handle various tasks, such as sales, marketing, market research, social media management, and graphic design. He uses his diverse skills to solve problems creatively and strategically.

Gerald excels at building and maintaining client relationships. He has secured deals with the #2 steel importer and some of the top construction developers and architectural firms in the Philippines. He communicates effectively and understands his clients’ needs and goals. He is a trusted advisor and a key partner in their success.

Gerwin is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in accounting, project management, product development, and digital marketing. Gerwin started his career in the telecom industry, where he spent five years as a billing analyst. This role was pivotal in honing his attention to detail and understanding complex billing systems. He then transitioned into project management, a field where he found his passion and gained invaluable experience in programming and data reporting, skills that have been instrumental throughout his career. He then spent four years as a product manager, focusing on product development and marketing, which allowed him to blend his technical skills with creative strategy.

Currently, Gerwin is part of the Ennovo Solutions team, where he handles website maintenance, SEO, and Google Ads. In this role, he leverages his technical expertise and marketing acumen to enhance their online presence, drive traffic, and improve search engine rankings. This role combines his technical skills with his love for digital marketing, allowing him to drive online growth and visibility for their company.

When he is not working, Gerwin enjoys coding or creating graphic designs—two hobbies that he finds both relaxing and intellectually stimulating. He also loves to travel, exploring new places both locally and internationally, and he cherishes moments spent with his family watching Marvel movies.
